Who we are
These terms apply to every order placed at baffle.audio. The seller is Baffle Audio B.V., Van Nelleweg 1, 3044 BC Rotterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 00000000, VAT NL000000000B01.
Your order
An order is a binding offer to buy. We confirm it by email; the contract starts when you receive that confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we tell you within two working days and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the bag before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place the order.
Delivery
We deliver to the addresses listed on our shipping page. Delivery times are estimates; if we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel the order and we refund you in full.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. The full rules and the online form are on our returns page and withdrawal form.
Warranty
Every Baffle product comes with a two-year warranty on top of your statutory rights. The warranty does not cover normal wear of cushions and batteries, or damage caused by misuse.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. You can always contact us first at hello@baffle.audio; we try to solve every complaint within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the day you place your order.
